Are you interested in becoming a board member? We need board member volunteers for all positions! If you would like to volunteer, please email Casa. Include your Name, Address, and the Interested Position. You must be the legal owner of the property and current with HOA dues to be eligible.

– Mark your calendars. The semi-annual Pembrooke Park garage sale is set for October 23, 2021!
– The pond retention wall project has now been completed!
– The sprinkler system leaks have been repaired. To reduce monthly water bills, both entrances and the north entrance median are only watered during the hottest months.
The HOA has many projects in the works for 2021. They are currently reviewing quotes for a pond aerator and lighted water fountain. This will help maintain water clarity. Playground upgrades and renovations are also being considered.
Many thanks to the HOA team for beautifying the neighborhood.
Construction will begin at the pond retention wall the end of March or beginning of April. Please express caution when utilizing the park.
