Scanned_Document (002)Neighbors, as you all know, the east retention wall of the pond is in danger of collapse due to erosion caused by the creek. The pond and the creek are private property owned by the HOA (all of us). Sadly, this makes it our problem. We are asking the City to help us fix the situation, but because we own the property, the City is not responsible or liable for damages.
The first step is going to the Drainage Advisory Board and pleading our case to be recommended for City assistance is fixing the erosion. This meeting is on Oct 28th at the Broken Arrow Council meeting room. Time is 6:00. Anyone who wishes to speak or show support should attend. The greater turnout from concerned neighbors will help us plead our case of concerns for the pond.
