– Mark your calendars. The semi-annual Pembrooke Park garage sale is set for October 23, 2021!
– The pond retention wall project has now been completed!
– The sprinkler system leaks have been repaired. To reduce monthly water bills, both entrances and the north entrance median are only watered during the hottest months.
The HOA has many projects in the works for 2021. They are currently reviewing quotes for a pond aerator and lighted water fountain. This will help maintain water clarity. Playground upgrades and renovations are also being considered.
